The agreement was announced by both companies. This move puts the corporate group on the path to becoming the biggest managed server provider for websites and online shops in Germany. Cristoph Bluhm and Stefan Priebe will remain part of the Executive Board of Profihost until the end of the year. Marc Zocher will remain in post and will be supported in the future by the dogado CEO Daniel Hagemeier and COO Dr. Claus Boyens.
Through this merger dogado and Profihost are pursuing a common aim: “We want to become the biggest managed server provider in Germany,” explains Daniel Hagemeier. From their very first meeting Daniel Hagemeier, Cristoph Bluhm, Stefan Priebe and Marc Zocher realized that they could achieve this aim if they worked together. “Both companies are bringing exceptional expertise to the table,” says Priebe. “We are also linked by our common guiding principle of wanting to offer our customers exceptional service and genuine help all the time.”
Excellence in E-commerce from Both Parties
The merger between dogado and Profihost will not just bring together two specialists in servers; both companies are also regarded as experts in the e-commerce sector. The online shop specialist AIXPRO already became part of the dogado group in 2019. The company continues to offer its successful range of products under the label dogado shops. In future both companies will combine their expertise in e-commerce.

Profihost AG is also adding a strong agency network to the group: the technology company enjoys very close relationships with over 400 partners and can look back over thousands of successful projects. Marc Zocher explains, “The model behind the success of our collaborations is as simple as it is successful: we always work hand in hand with our partners, always fair, always on an equal footing, and we pursue common aims.” A dedicated “Partner Relations” team works to find solutions to every challenge faced by agencies and their customers.
